Zipping Through Blönduós
A fine stop for salmon, bagels, and paninis set a great scene for a run to a neighborhood playground. It was fun to watch boys hurtling through the air in glee.

Dettifoss
Often dubbed the most majestic and most powerful falls in Europe, you conquered this hike in a 20 meter per second head wind with 4 degree temperatures to help cool the spray and rain. I enjoyed the opportunity to be there with you to take this photo.
Krafla Power Plant
What a treat! We got to take a walk through the innards of the 60MW geothermal power station. Now off to take a look at some new lava fields.
