Buuz -- Mongolian Dumplings

First we wash our hands.

Then we cut one inch squares of meat and minced it then mixed it with garlic and onion.






















































Then we made dough with water and flour.



























Then we made assorted dumplings and stuffed them with the meat mixture.












Then we steamed them over lambstock.
